01

Using Prime Tech

These terms apply when you browse our website, contact our sales team, place an order, or buy from our Nairobi store. By using those services, you confirm that you can enter into a binding purchase agreement or are acting with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Please use our services lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting support.

02

Products and availability

Prime Tech supplies Apple devices and related accessories. Product photography is intended to represent the model and finish, but packaging, accessories, colour appearance, and minor manufacturing details may vary.

  • Availability is confirmed when our team accepts and processes your order.
  • Storage, colour, connectivity, and condition should be checked before payment.
  • We may correct catalogue errors or withdraw an unavailable listing.
03

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and may change as inventory and supplier costs change.

  • Payment options may include M-Pesa, bank transfer, and supported card services.
  • An order is not complete until payment is confirmed and the selected unit is allocated.
  • We may pause or cancel transactions that appear incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent.
Where a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer a correction or refund.
04

Orders, collection and shipping

We confirm accepted orders using the contact details supplied at checkout.

  • Nairobi: delivery may be completed by a Prime Tech rider or another agreed courier.
  • Store collection: customers may collect or send a rider after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
  • Countrywide shipping: orders are sent through an available courier selected for the destination.
  • Delivery charges: any applicable fee is confirmed during checkout or before dispatch.
  • Timelines: estimates begin after payment and stock confirmation and may change because of courier, weather, security, or destination conditions.
  • Receiving an order: inspect the parcel and verify the device details promptly, then report transit damage or an incorrect item as soon as reasonably possible.
05

Warranty and product support

Eligible products may carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty or the warranty expressly stated on your invoice. Coverage, duration, and service options depend on the specific product.

Accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorised repairs, altered serial numbers, and damage outside the applicable warranty are not covered. We can help identify the appropriate support route, but warranty assessment remains subject to inspection and the relevant warranty provider’s terms.

06

Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility, inspection requirements, refund timing, and exclusions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

07

Responsibility and liability

We take reasonable care to keep product and service information accurate. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Prime Tech is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website interruption, third-party services, courier delays, or use outside a product’s intended purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

08

Privacy and account information

We use customer information to process purchases, coordinate delivery, prevent fraud, and provide support. Read our Privacy Policy for details about collection, retention, sharing, and your rights.

09

Content and intellectual property

Prime Tech branding, original copy, page layouts, and other website content may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Apple names and marks belong to Apple Inc. and are used only to identify compatible products.

10

Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Kenya. We encourage customers to contact us first so concerns can be resolved promptly; unresolved disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
